Check-in Requirements. For the safekeeping of our facilities, we request all FAVClub Members to render a copy of their confirmation, official personal ID and a credit card or guarantee deposit when booking their vacation period at any FAVClub, HGVClub, Posadas Hotels or RCI property. We also request that Members make sure to have all of these previously mentioned documents at hand when arriving at the facilities, to avoid any setback and ensure their stay will be a wonderful experience from the beginning. Assigning and cleanliness of Accommodations: * Your unit will be made available upon your arrival, since reservation of a particular one beforehand is not possible. In this way we ensure all Club Members have the same opportunity of enjoying any of our accommodations. * When you arrive, you will find your unit perfectly clean and available (please verify check-in schedules for each Resort), if the unit provided fails to meet these standards, please let us know and another unit will be assigned to you immediately. * All FAVClub units are subject to a daily quick cleaning routine (bed making, bathroom towels replacement, sweeping, dusting, and furniture arranging) during your stay. If you are visiting us for four or more nights, at the middle of your stay, your unit will receive a detailed cleaning routine (Bed sheet replacement, floor vacuuming and general cleanse of the whole unit). In case you need the detailed cleaning service, kitchen cleaning and dishwashing, these will be available with an additional cost. Full cleaning at HGVClub resorts is done once every week. Accommodation Restrictions. To make sure you enjoy a pleasant stay, we request that you refer to the "Accommodation" section in this Guide to amplify your information on the occupant capacity for each unit type, days and check-in schedules, and minimum stay restrictions. For your safety and hygiene, no pets, toxic, flammable or explosive substances, or any kind of firearms, are allowed at any of our FAVClub, HGVClub, Posadas Hotels and RCI facilities. Additional Charges in the Resorts and Hotels. FAVClub properties also offer a great amount of additional services. On some occasions, these services have an extra charge. These additional costs are defined and charged by the Hotel or Resort. Additionally, some destinations require a local lodging tax payment. Please do request the corresponding information to our Club Counselors. Club Points are for traveling and accommodation purpose only, and are not valid for additional charges. Damages to Resorts and Hotels facilities. In order to maintain good appearance of our properties, we always request the proper use of furniture and facilities. Members are held responsible for covering all expenses generated as a result of any damage caused by them.
